Why Float?

Flotation is a unique therapeutic experience that enhances your mental and physiological health.  Without the need to fight gravity or take in external information, you’ll likely experience the most complete relaxation you’ve ever felt.

Our float tank, also known as a sensory deprivation tank, contains a precise solution of water and Epsom salts heated to your skin temperature. The buoyancy of the water allows you to float effortlessly on its surface.

Epsom Salt

Epsom Salts are great for your skin, hair, nails, and act as an exfoliate. They aid in joint pain, ease stress, and naturally relax the body.  Epsom Salts help prevent inflammation in your joints and muscles and treat sprains, strains or sore muscles.

Before You Float

You will be floating for the full time that you have booked.  Please allow an additional 30 minutes to your schedule to allow time for you to shower before and after your float.

You must wait at least 14 days from the date of any type of hair color or treatment and 30 days for vibrant hair colors such as blue, purple, red, green, etc.  The salt water in the tank will remove the color from your hair.
