Prenatal massages are adapted for the anatomical changes of pregnancy.  As your shape and posture changes, our massage therapist will make accommodations that allow you to lie down comfortably during your massage.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Perfect for any athlete, this massage can enhance flexibility, help you recover from competition, and help prevent injuries from occurring. If you have a sports-related ache or injury or are looking to enhance your performance, talk to our massage therapist about including sports massage techniques during your massage session.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot Stone Massage is great way to relieve muscle tension, stiffness, and soreness. The massage therapist places heated stones at specific sites on your body.  The hot stones promote circulation to the muscles and helps release tension and stress quickly.  While the stones reduce muscle tension in the targeted areas, your massage therapist will massage other areas of your body.

REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body.  Reflexology is offered as a full hour or add 15 or 30 minutes of Reflexology to the end of your massage session for an additional fee.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

The massage therapist uses massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils.  The essential oil molecules are inhaled and also absorbed through your skin. The oils are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting your limbic system, a region of the brain known to be involved in emotion.  Your massage therapist selects the oils used for your session based on your condition or health goals.
